How do I contact PinDownload?
Write to [email protected]. It is the only contact channel we run: there is no phone line, chat or social account answering for the site, and we do not publish a postal address.
Messages are read by the same editorial team that writes and tests the guides. We answer by email, in English, and try to reply to every message that includes enough detail to act on.
What should I include when a pin will not download?
Include the pin link and what the tool showed you. With those two things we can almost always reproduce the problem, since PinDownload works only from public links.
- The full pin link (pinterest.com/pin/… or pin.it/…), or the board link.
- Which page you used, for example the audio page or the GIF page.
- The exact message on screen, such as "Link expired" or "not a video".
- Your device and browser (for example iPhone with Safari, or Windows with Edge).
- Roughly when it happened, since download links stop working after one hour.
Please do not send passwords, Pinterest login details or private pin links. PinDownload cannot read private pins, and we never need your account.

Which kinds of messages do you handle?
Any message about the site is welcome. A clear subject line helps us route it.

How are copyright notices sent?
Copyright notices go to the same address, [email protected], with the subject "Copyright notice". The copyright and DMCA page lists every element a valid notice should contain, based on the U.S. Copyright Office's section 512 guidance.

Can PinDownload help with my Pinterest account?
